LOADED POTATO SKINS
Loaded with cheddar cheese and crisp bacon. Served with sour cream and green onions.

CHICKEN QUESADILLA
Diced chicken with caramelized onions, peppers and cheese. Served with avocado ranch dressing and pico de gallo.


FRIDAY’S THREE-FOR-ALL
Our big-enough-to-share platter features a trio of our most famous appetizers: Loaded Potato Skins, Fried Mozzarella and our Spicy Buffalo Wings.

ZEN CHICKEN POT STICKERS
We stuff these Asian Dumplings with a flavorful mixture of minced chicken and vegetables, then fire-grill them. Sprinkled with pico de gallo and served with a tangy Szechwan dipping sauce.

FRIED MOZZARELLA
Served with marinara sauce.

TUSCAN SPINACH DIP
Parmesan and Romano cheeses blended with spinach, artichokes and sautéed onions & peppers. Served with tortilla chips and wedges of crusty ciabatta garlic bread.

FRIDAY’S TOSTADO NACHOS
Crisp tortillas topped with bacon-flavored refried beans, spicy nacho meat and a blend of melted cheeses. Served with pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.

PECAN-CRUSTED CHICKEN SALAD
Pecan-crusted chicken, served sliced and chilled on salad greens tossed with mandarin oranges, sweet glazed pecans, dried cranberries, crumbled bleu cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

CEDAR-SEARED SALMON ON FIELD GREENS
Pan-seared salmon fillet with a cedar seasoning served over field greens tossed in our tangy House Vinaigrette with grilled portobello mushrooms and grape tomatoes.

A plump, juicy, fire-grilled chicken breast is glazed with Chinese Kung Pao sauce, then served over stir-fried brown rice with pineapple pico de gallo, mandarin oranges and steaming broccoli in Cilantro Lime dressing.

BLACKENED CHICKEN ALFREDO
Friday’s Fettuccine Alfredo, topped with blackened chicken breast, garnished with tomatoes and green onions.

Batter-fried chicken tenderloins, served with Friday’s Fries, coleslaw and honey mustard dressing.


CHARGRILLED CHICKEN FAJITAS

A fire-grilled beef patty topped with 2 kinds of cheese, mild american and gooey, golden fried provolone. We add crisp bacon and stack em on a toasted bun, served with fries.
